摘要 对银水牛果果实和嫩茎叶进行营养成分测定与分析的结果表明,银水牛果果实总黄酮含量高达4.02mg/g,维生素C含量208.20 mg/100g,并且富含钾、钙、镁、锌等元素;含18种氨基酸,其中含有人体所必需的8种,总量达8.20%。嫩茎叶粗蛋白含量达16.34%,大于粗饲料中粗蛋白含量指标(15%);粗纤维含量6.34%,远远低于粗饲料中粗纤维含量指标(18%);无氮浸出物高达58.77%,钙磷比5.64。因此,银水牛果进一步开发利用具有很大的潜力。 The nutrient content determination and the analysis to the Shepherdia argentea fruit and the tender stem leaf were studied. The result showed that the Shepherdict argentea fruit's total flavanone content reaches as high as 4. 02mg/g, Vitamin C content 208.20 mg/100g, and contains elements richly and so on potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc. Including 18 kind of amino acids, includes 8 kind of amino acids which the human body must, the total quantity reaches 8.20%, the amino acid content was rich. The tender stem leaf thick protein content reaches 16. 34%, was bigger than in the coarse fodder the thick protein content target ( 15% ), the crude fiber content 6. 34%, were lower than in by far the coarse fodder the crude fiber content target ( 18% ), oozes without the nitrogen reaches as high as 58.77%, the calcium phosphorus compares 5.64. Therefore, the Shepherdia argentea further develops the use to have the very large potential.
