摘要 分析了330MW机组苏尔寿液压旁路系统功能和运行特点。为了实现旁路系统在机组启动至带满负荷的全程能够可靠自动投入,针对国华准格尔电厂机组特点优化设计了旁路系统控制策略。首次用高、低压旁路的调节比例阀代替快开、快关电磁阀实现了甩负荷试验,使汽轮机的飞升转速和过热主蒸汽压力等主要参数都在允许范围内变化,为电厂节约了几百万元的设备投资费;通过对高、低压旁路压力给定值和正/反切缸过程的优化,实现了在机组启动、并网、停机及甩负荷整个过程对机组的优化控制,机组安全、经济性得到很大提高。此优化控制策略对新建同类型机组有良好的借鉴作用。 The function and characteristics of SULZER bypass system for 330 MW units were analyzed. The control strategy for Guohua Zhungeer power plant was optimized, which can realize bypass system all range control from start up to full load. By regulating proportional valve of high and low-pressure bypass loop instead of rapidly opening and closing electromagnetic valve in load rejection test, the main parameters of gliding rotational speed and superheated steam pressure of turbine was controlled within the allowable scope, and several millions yuan of equipment invest expense was saved. By optimizing the set point of high low-pressure bypass system and the process of positive and negative cylinder cutting action, the optimization control in the all range process of startup, parallel in, shut down and load rejection was realized, the safety and economical efficiency were improved greatly. This optimization control strategy provides reference for similar units.
