本文采用X射线荧光分析仪、X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等仪器分析方法对美国96%氧化铝陶瓷的显微结构、金属化技术,做了初步的分析探讨,讨论了显微结构与其金属化技术有关的问题。

The microstructure and metallizing technology of American Alumina ceramic was studied by XRFS,XRD, microscopic,examination and SEM etc, The microstructure and related problem about metallizing technology was discussed.
