韩国英才教育的历史沿革与特点

On the Characteristics and Historical Development of The Elite Education in Korea

"二战"后,韩国经济实现了快速发展,其中教育的作用功不可没。面对知识经济的挑战,韩国有意通过大力发展英才教育来实现其再度腾飞。本文拟对20世纪60年代以来韩国英才教育的发展历史做一简要回顾,同时对其现行体制特点从办学机构、英才选拔方式、英才判定、资金来源等4个方面加以介绍,进而挖掘其中些许启示。

After World War II, Korean economy had achieved its rapid development in which education had played an important role. Facing the challenge of knowledge economy, Korea intended to actualize the abrupt rise of its economy again through accelerating the development of the elite education. In this thesis, the development history of the elite education in Korea since 1960＇s was briefly reviewed. Meanwhile, the characteristics of present Korean education system were introduced from the aspects of educational institutions, elite selection methods, funding resources and elite assessment.
