豆科植物不同发育阶段不同部位乙酰胆碱酯酶活性研究

摘要 采用比色法研究不同种类豆科植物于不同发育阶段、不同部位乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性,并测定其总酯酶活性、蛋白质含量、水分含量,旨在为农药残留快速检测提供配套的新酶原。结果表明,在不同种类的豆科植物中均检测到乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,但不同种类豆科植物存在差异,干种子期、幼芽期及幼苗期各部位的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性存在差异,以每克干物质中乙酰胆碱酯酶酶活计,干种子期猪腰豆(Whitfordiodendron filipes Dunn)中乙酰胆碱酯酶酶活性最高,为10.28U/g干重。 In order to develop new source of enzyme utilized for rapid detection of pesticide residue in agricultural product,the activity of acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) in different kinds of leguminous plants at different parts and different development stages were detected by the colorimetry method.The total esterase activity,the content of protein and water were tested simultaneously. Results showed that AChE activities were detectable in various leguminous plants.The differences are evident among different kinds of plant, during different development stages at different parts.The activity of AChE in the seed of Whitfordiodendron filipes Dunn was the highest,which was 10.28U per gram dry weight.
