地鳖虫抗氧化物提取工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(Atherosderosis,AS)发生的主要学说之一是血浆中低密度脂蛋白发生氧化,抑制血浆中低密度脂蛋白的氧化可预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。以地鳖虫为原料,以抗血浆氧化活性为指标,提取抗血浆氧化活性物质,并对其工艺进行优化。研究了不同的提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比等因素对地鳖虫提取物抗血浆氧化活性的影响,利用正交实验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,乙醇提取物的抗氧化效果最好,并且在其浓度为75%,提取时间24h,提取温度45℃,料液比1∶10的条件下,抗血浆氧化活性达74.5%。 One of main hypothesis on atherosclerosis was that low density lipoprotein in blood plasma were oxidized.Inhibiting oxidation of low density lipoprotein could prevent atherosclerosis.in view of these,a mould was established to test anti-oxidation actives acting on blood plasma.A technical process was optimized to extract active substance from Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker.The extracting reagent, solvent concentration, extracting time and temperature, the ratio of material to water were studied respectively by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The result showed the optimum conditions were as follows: alcohol concentration at 75%, extracting 24h at 45℃ and the ratio of material to water at 1:10, under the condition,the anti-oxidation activities could reach as high as 74.5%.
