摘要
采用维甲酸对Wistar大鼠进行灌胃以建立骨质疏松模型,以葡萄糖酸钙作为阳性对照,同时采用维甲酸与胶原多肽钙共同灌胃的方法,通过测定骨钙、胫骨组织切片等指标,研究了胶原多肽钙对骨质疏松的预防作用。结果表明,适当摄入胶原多肽钙能够增加骨钙含量,使胫骨结构均匀,对骨质疏松有一定的预防作用。
Wistar rats were used to establish the osteoporotic model by feeding retinoic acid.The research focus on the content of calcium and tibia biopsy of the rats by perfusing retinoic acid with collagen polypeptide, hydrolyzed collagen and calcium gluconate to investigate the preventive effect of osteoporosis.The research indicated that hydrolyzed collagen could enhance content of calcium in bone, maintain homogeneousness of tibia, and prevent osteoporotic.
