欧盟食品中染料使用情况的研究

随着苏丹红和孔雀石绿突发事件等在欧盟首次爆发,欧盟对食品中使用的染料情况越来越关注。本文从欧盟致癌染料现状、其他非食品用的染料现状、欧盟不允许使用但仍有可能在其他国家使用的染料、欧盟对着色剂法律法规等进行阐述,有利于我国食品出口企业掌握欧盟最新食品添加剂的管理动态,严格按照欧盟的标准生产产品,规避出口风险。

As emergencies of malachite green and sudan firstly broke out in EU, EU payed more and more attention to the use of dyes in food.EU＇ s status of cancer-causing dye and non-food dye, dye forbidden in EU but used in other countries, laws and regulations of color additive in EU were elaborated in this article, and it was better to master the latest EU food additives＇ management, comply with EU standards to manufacture product, avoided the risks of exportation for China food export enterprises.
