摘要
采用共沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石(HAP),将硝酸银均匀加入反应体系中,通过温度、酸度和搅拌状态控制实现一步合成载银羟基磷灰石(Ag/HAP),该法操作简单,载银均匀,载银量易于控制,克服离子交换法和机械混合法载银的不足,其载银机理包括共沉淀和离子交换载银。所得Ag/HAP经750℃高温处理,未见分解,其结晶度提高,用最小抑菌浓度法(MIC)测得Ag/HAP对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有良好的抑菌性,其最小抑菌浓度为7.385×10-5。
Hydroxyapatite(HAP) powder was synthesized using one-step-coprecipitation method.Silver nitrate was added to the reaction solution.Without the filtration and dry processes of the wet-synthesized powder,silver was directly doped to the as-synthesized HAP crystal in the original reaction solution by heating the HAP slurry in the water-bath at 100℃,rapidly stirring and aging at 50℃.This method is better than the single mechanical or ion-exchange method in the viewpoint of uniformity of silver doped in HAP(Ag/HAP) crystal and the amount control of silver in Ag/HAP crystal.Further more,the method is simpler and more effective than the two methods mentioned above.The mechanism of doping silver includes the ion-exchange and coprecipitation mechanism.Being heated at 750℃,the Ag/HAP crystal is not decomposed.The Ag/HAP has effective antibacterial properties against E.coli and S.aureus and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) is 7.385×10-5.
