摘要
厢式货车厢体立柱的强度对保证车辆安全运行十分重要,满载的车辆在以最小转弯直径行驶时和在凸凹不平路面上行驶前轮陷坑时对立柱强度的影响最大。本文针对上述两种工艺,详细介绍了侧围惯性力、顶盖惯性力、货物惯性力及厢体受扭时所引起的立柱应力的计算方法。
It is very important for the strength of van type motor truck's column to assure a vehicle of working safety.When a full load motor truck runs at minimum turning circles diamenter or on unflat road with front wheel trapped,the strength of column is affected much.Considering these two above conditions,the author throws light on the method of calculating side inertia force,top cap intertia force,goods inertia force and column stress when van is twisted.
