摘要 利用气流粉碎改性工艺,以硬脂酸为改性剂,对纳米氧化锌进行解团聚和表面改性,并借助SEM、XRD、FT-IR和激光粒度分析等对改性产品进行了表征,探讨了改性纳米氧化锌在天然橡胶中的应用。结果表明,与改性前相比,改性纳米氧化锌的解团聚效果明显;颗粒表面亲油疏水,在有机溶剂中有较好的分散性;并且能较好地提高天然橡胶的硫化性能和力学性能。证明该工艺对纳米氧化锌进行表面改性是可行的。 Industrial ZnO nanoparticles were modified with stearic acid by the integrated process of jet grinding and surface modification by batch operation.The products were characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and particles size analysis,etc.Furthermore,the effect of modified ZnO nanoparticles used as cure activator on the cure characteristics and mechanical properties of natural rubber was also studied.The results show that the agglomeration of modified ZnO nanoparticles is reduced severely in comparison with initial ZnO nanoparticles.In addition,modified ZnO nanoparticles have much better dispersibility in organic solvents,and the modified ZnO nanoparticles have better effect on the mechanical properties and cure characteristics of natural rubber than the unmodified ZnO nanoparticles.
