Control System of Integrated Effective Degreasing Equipment Used PLC and MCGS

根据一体化高效除油装置的工艺流程,利用可编程控制器PLC、工控机和组态软件MCGS完成了对含油废水系统电气控制的设计。PLC主要作用是采集现场的各种数据,并根据命令,执行相应的操作。工控机运行由MCGS软件编写的人机交互界面。

According to the technical process of the equipment,used the PLC,IPC and MCGS to complete the control system based on the sewage condition.The main function of PLC is gathers each kind of field data and carries out the corresponding operation,according to the order.The man-machine interactive interface which is completed by Monitor and Control Generated Sys tem（MCGS） software runs in the industry computer.
