摘要
介绍采用松下FP0型PLC对加热炉进行PID调节实现温度控制。重点分析和说明了系统控制方案和软硬件结构的设计。实践表明采用该设计系统的稳定性、准确性高、快速性均符合要求。
This paper introduces a way which uses Panasonic FPO PLC to control the temperature with PID adjustment of heating furnace.It analysis and show the control plan of the systems and its design of software and hardware structure.The practice indicated that this system's stability,the high accuracy and the rapidity meets requirement.
