摘要
设计了一种指挥调度通信系统,该系统基于一种由单色单模双芯光缆和XTYL120光传输多通道数据网络硬件设备,能够提供灵活的机动组网方案,在应急或野战条件下可以利用现场的有线电话、光纤等设备接入临时网络,采用TCP/IP协议和阻塞模式下的Indy技术开发了指挥调度通信系统软件,可以对各种应急现场进行数据的实时采集和监控,掌握现场音/视频、数据等信息,发布调度指挥命令。
Designed a command and dispatch communication system, the system is based on research and development of a monochrome single model double of cable and XTYL 120 optical multi-channel data network hardware device, provides a flexible and mobile network solution.
