摘要
设计了一种指挥调度通信系统,该系统基于一种由单色单模双芯光缆和XTYL120光传输多通道数据网络硬件设备,能够提供灵活的机动组网方案,在应急或野战条件下可以利用现场的有线电话、光纤等设备接入临时网络,采用TCP/IP协议和阻塞模式下的Indy技术开发了指挥调度通信系统软件,可以对各种应急现场进行数据的实时采集和监控,掌握现场音/视频、数据等信息,发布调度指挥命令。
Designed a command and dispatch communication system, the system is based on research and development of a monochrome single model double of cable and XTYL 120 optical multi-channel data network hardware device, provides a flexible and mobile network solution. The system in the field or emergency conditions can use the site of the optical cable, telephone equipment such as access to the temporary, network. Command and dispatch communications system software development used the TCP/IP agreements and blocking the mode of Indy technology.
