详细介绍我国第三艘远洋航天测量船“远望３”号上时音记录仪接口电路的原理、组成及语音延时芯片ＤＮ８８８的工作原理，同时对时间码变换电路及ＭＯＤＥＭ电路进行了分析介绍。

The principle and the composition of the Interface Circuit for the Time Voice Recorder of Space Survey Ship, as well as the work principle of the voice delay chip DN888 are described in the paper. Meanwhile, the time code alternate circuit and the MODEM circuit is analyzed.
