摘要
介绍了"二牵n"张力放线施工工艺的思路及其在±800kV向上直流输电线路上的应用。此工艺是利用2台牵引机通过特制"二牵n"牵引走板实现一次牵放一相(极)多根大截面分裂导线,解决了多个放线滑车悬挂问题及同相(极)多个放线滑车紧线时滑车迈步及子导线弧垂不一致等问题。另外,提出了施工过程中应该注意的问题。
The paper describes the "2-pulling n-wire" stringing under tension construction technology and its application in ± 800 kV DC transmission line.The technology uses 2 tractors to pull one-phase (pole) large sectional multiple bundle conductors once through a special made "2-pulling n-wire" walking board,which has solved issues like suspension of many stringing pulleys,pulley steps for same-phase (pole) multiple-stringing pulley tightening,and inconsistent conductor sag,etc..In addition the paper puts forward issues to be paid attention during construction.
