摘要
将电厂各专业空气供应系统整合为统一的空压机站,有利于节省空气供应系统的土建和设备投资、减少各专业的设备备用,提高供气可靠性,降低运行成本。根据现代集成化设计理念,放弃传统的分散设置空压机房的设计方案,提出了全厂压缩空气站的统筹设置方案,经过优化整合,给出了华能巢湖电厂全厂空气供应系统的优化设计,降低了工程造价。
The air supply system integration of all specialties into an unified air compressor station in the power plant is favorable to save civil construction and equipment investment of the whole air supply system,reduce standby equipment of all specialties,increase air supply reliability and reduce operation cost.The paper abandons traditional design option of distributed air compressor houses according to modern integrated design idea,puts forward a layout option of a plant compressor station as a whole,gives out an optimized design through optimization and integration to reduce the engineering cost.
