摘要
AP1000核电堆型对其所用混凝土生产工艺提出了新的要求。介绍了海阳核电站所用混凝土的特点及搅拌站系统的配置情况,分析了该配置下各个系统的冗余配置和混凝土的出机温度控制措施;针对海阳核电站所用搅拌站系统运行过程中的问题,提出了解决措施。
According to the new requirements for concrete production technology used in AP1000 nuclear reactor,the paper introduces the concrete features and configuration of agitation station system in Haiyang Nuclear Power Project,analyzes the redundant configuration of the sub-system in the system and control methods of concrete out-of-machine temperature.Finally it puts forward the solution,pointing to the problems of system under operation.
