摘要
以深水网箱立体健康养殖水域环境为研究对象,在试验过程中对试验区养殖环境进行有效监控。建立了养殖环境营养指数、有机污染指数相结合的评价模型,并对海水水质进行监测与评价,营养指数E:E=COD×DIN×DIP×10^6/4500,有机污染评价指数(A)法:A=COD/COD_0+DIN/DIN_0+DIP/DIP_0-DO/DO_0,两年水质监测结果表明,试验区养殖水体较参考点没有发生很大改变,营养指数为0.068~0.669,有机污染评价指数为-0.395~0.529,海水水质较好,有效保护了养殖水域生态环境,生态效益显著。而对照组营养指数为0.040~22.399,污染指数为-0.511~4.094,水质一年后处于中度污染状态。
The ecological environment was improved by the comprehensive managements such as stereoscopic polyculture and application of probiotic. The quality of the water was evaluated by the eutrophication index(E=COD×DIN×DIP×10~6/4500) and the organic contamination index(A=COD/COD_0+ DIN/DIN_0+DIP/DIP_0-DO/DO_0).The results from two years of culture indicated that the water quality of the test group was apparently better than that of the control group which was polluted at medium level after a year.
