太极拳:中国艺术元素体现诠释

中国太极拳是中国传统文化的缩影和体现。然而进入21世纪以来,在体育学视野下的中国太极拳似乎到了"穷途末路"的困境。运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从文化学和艺术学的角度对中国太极拳和中国艺术两者之间的关系进行了深入研究。研究表明:中国太极拳的"圆美"、"中和"、"妙悟"、"气韵"、"心境"以及"艺道"六个特性与中国艺术表现出高度的一致性,并认为中国太极拳是一种典型的中国艺术。

The Chinese shadowboxing is a reduction and embodiment of the traditional culture of China.However,since the start of the 21st century,the Perspective of Chinese shadowboxing seems to ＂dead end＂ situation in eyeshot of Physical Education.In this paper,the use of literature,comparative analysis,logical analysis and other research methods,from the point of view of culture and art to study the relationship between the Chinese shadowboxing and the art of China.Study shows that： there is a high degree of consistency between of the ＂Yuan Mei＂,＂Zhong He＂,＂Miao Wu＂,＂Qi Yun＂,＂Xin Jing＂,＂Yi Dao＂ of the Chinese shadowboxing and the characteristic of the art of China,and that the Chinese shadowboxing is a typical art of China.
