摘要
CUBA联赛是我国篮球运动的一种新生事物,具有深厚的大学生基础和良好的发展前景,但还远未达到为CBA联赛乃至往国家队输送后备人才的目标。CUBA联赛教练员对提高联赛的竞赛水平起着至关重要的作用,本文对CUBA联赛教练员现行的管理机制进行了深入分析,提出了完善CUBA联赛教练员管理机制的途径与方法,主要包括实行岗位聘任,采用契约式管理,建立完善的聘任机制和明确培训目标,提高培训的系统性和长期性以及强化激励制度,激活人才活力,提高用人效益等三个方面。旨在通过对CUBA联赛教练员的管理机制的深入研究和探讨,建立更加科学化、人本化的CUBA联赛教练员管理机制,推动我国高校篮球事业更快的发展。
CUBA is a newborn thing to basketball sports in China which has profound University student foundation and good development prospect,but not yet a qualified reserve team for CBA and national team.Coaches of CUBA play a very important role in raising competition standard.In this article,the CUBA league coaches make an in-depth analysis for the management system at present,and tell the ways and means of improving the CUBA management system.Its include the implementation of employment status,use of contract management,to perfect engage system,establish training head,improve systemic and long-term training,as well as strengthen the incentive system,activation of dynamic talents,and to improve the talent effectiveness three aspects etc.This article will be focus on the research and discussion of CUBA coach administrative mechanism,to build up a scientific CUBA coach administrative mechanism,thus to push future development of University basketball sports.
