契约学习法在体育教学中应用的准实验研究——以上海市第一中学为例

A Quasi-experimental Study of Contract Learning in Physical Education——A case study of no.1 middle school of Shanghai

本研究采用实验法在高中体育教学和课外锻炼中实施契约学习法,验证此法对改善学生体质健康状况、运动技能学习、体育锻炼习惯养成等方面的效果。研究结果表明,高中生采用契约学习的效果均明显好于非契约学习,其中自我契约学习对男生的效果更好,女生则更适合多人契约的方式进行体育学习与锻炼;契约式体育学习有助于高中学生改善身体形态,控制其体重的增长,降低肥胖的发生几率,促进其身体良好发育;契约式体育学习还能有效地帮助高中生学习与掌握运动技能,且对女生的促进效果尤为显著。

With experimental study,the author carried out contract learning in physical education and the students＇ extra exercises in high school in order to prove the good effects of contract learning method,such as improving the situation of the students＇ body qualities,their skill learning,and their habits of joining physical exercises and so on.The results show that the learning effects in experimental classes are better than in non-experimental classes,and it is better for the boys to use the style of self-contract learning.But for girls multi-contract learning is better;applying contract learning method in high school can facilitate the change of body shape of the students and to decrease the ratio of obesity and control their weight,so as to promote well physical growth of the students.It also can help the high school students to learn and master exercise skills effectively,especially for the girls.
