二氯环己烷的一种综合利用方法

摘要 将环己烷氯化生产氯代环己烷过程中的副产物二氯环己烷转化为重要的化工原料2-环己烯-1-醇和环己烷,并确定了工艺路线:在高温、高压条件下用氢氧化钠水溶液水解二氯环己烷,产物经分离后得到2-环己烯-1-醇、苯、环己烯及环己二烯;苯、环己烯及环己二烯经加氢还原后转化为环己烷。环己烷收率为56.6%,2-环己烯-1-醇收率为34.9%,总收率为91.5%。 Dichlorocyclohexane, the by-product from the chlorocyclohexane production by cyclohexane chlorination, is transformed to such main raw material of chemical industry as 2 - cyclohexen - 1 - ol and eyclohexane, and the transformation route has been determined. Then, dichloroeyclohexane was hydrolyzed in caustic soda solution at high temperature and high pressure, 2 - eyclohexen - 1 - ol, benzene, cyclohexene and cyclohexadiene were achieved respectively after separating the products, and cyclohexane was achieved through hydrogenation and reduction of benzene, cyelohexene and cyelohexadiene with 56.6% of cyclohexane yield, 34.9% of 2 - cyclohexen - 1 - ol yield, and 91.5% of the overall yield.
