夏黑葡萄不同节段硬枝扦插成苗的研究 被引量:4

摘要 扦插繁殖是葡萄最主要的育苗方式,用枝条直插建园是近年来葡萄大面积栽培的主要方式之一。本试验以夏黑葡萄为试材,研究不同节位的插条以及采集时期对葡萄扦插育苗效果的影响。结果表明,两者均对扦插的成活与生长有一定的影响,中部节位插条成活后生长速度比上、下部节位快,而冬季插条采集时期越晚,扦插苗生长越好。本研究为葡萄苗木繁育中硬枝插条的选用提供了一定的理论依据。 Cutting has been the most popular propagation approach of grapevine, and it is now directly employed to construct large vineyard. In this research, we used Summer Black as trial materials to study the influence of vine segment collection period and bud position on the vines on cutting success, and the result showed that both of them could affect the growth of cutting seedlings. The vine segments collected from the middle of vines grew much better than those collected from the up and bottom bicep nodes. The cutting seedlings grown from the vine segments collected on January 9, 2009 could grow better. This work can provide scientific references for grapevine seedling propagation.
