摘要
人力资源是保险企业的重要战略资源,做好企业内部人力资源管理将是企业成功的关键一环。本文基于顾客总价值和服务利润链设计了保险企业人力资源战略模型,为企业实现有效人力资源管理提高企业盈利能力提出一些建设性方案。
Human resource is important strategic resource of the Insurance Company. It's a key element of business success to deal with internal Human Resource Management properly. Based on Total Customer Value and Service Profit Chain, we design a model of Human Resource Management Strategy in the Insurance Company, proposing a case to achieve effective Human Resource Management and improve the profitability of the business.
