Human resource is important strategic resource of the Insurance Company. It＇s a key element of business success to deal with internal Human Resource Management properly. Based on Total Customer Value and Service Profit Chain, we design a model of Human Resource Management Strategy in the Insurance Company, proposing a case to achieve effective Human Resource Management and improve the profitability of the business.
