文章通过对美国、德国、日本、瑞典四国的药品不良反应救济措施进行分析,研究他们的合理之处,希望对我国药品不良反应救济法律制度的研究提供借鉴,推动我国药品不良反应救济制度的立法与实践。

The authors analyzed the adverse drug reactions relief system and explored each validity of four countries including the United States, Germany,Japan and Sweden. It provided some references for our research of adverse drug reaction relief system of China, and helped promoting our legislation and practice of adverse drug reaction relief system.
