师德是教师最根本、最重要的素质。高校师德的建设对培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人具有重要的影响。当前高校出现师德滑坡与失范,亟待以社会主义荣辱观作为当今高校师德建设的主要内容,从宣传教育、理论研究、自省自律、师德评价等方面加以引导。

Morality is the most fundamental and important quality of teachers. It is greatly significant to build professional ethics of college teachers. As the main content of the construction of college teachers＇ professional ethics,socialist concept of honor and disgrace should be taken into account on publicity and education, theoretical research, self-reflection and self-discipline, and moral evaluation.
