护理本科生大五人格特质与学习成绩相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨护理本科生人格特质与学习成绩的相关性,为培养具有较高综合素质的高等护理人才提供依据。方法:采用NEO-PI-R大五人格量表对结束理论课程的护理本科生进行问卷调查,并选取学生5门专业课程期末成绩平均分值与其人格特质进行相关分析。结果:护理专业本科生神经质性、宜人性和严谨性人格特质与学习成绩存在不同程度相关;并且学习成绩高、中、低3组在NEO-PI-R分量表得分上也存在一定差异。结论:护理专业本科生某些人格特质对学习成绩有影响,护理教育工作者应加强其人格培养。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between OCEAN personality theory (neuroticism, extraversion, openness,agreeableness, conscientiousness) and academic performance of nursing undergraduates, and provide the evidence for the teachers when they train students improving their comprehensive professional ability. Methods:Nursing students' personality traits were measured by NEO-PI-R scale and their scores of five professional courses were selected. Results:There were different levels of relevant between the neuroticism, agreeableness,conscientiousness of the personality and the academic achievement. There were also different scores among different academic performances by NEO-PI-R partition scale. Conclusion:It is concerned that certain personality traits of nursing undergraduates should impact their academic achievement.
