March 22,2010,the reporter called the reception desk of Schneider Consulting Company(Shanghai) and was told the consulting company has been closed and the specific situation is not clear.After the further confirmation,the reporter was informed Schneider Consulting Company founded in 2005 has declared to be closed and the former site of the company has been Schneider Logistics Company(Shanghai).An insider told the reporter that the company had begun to handle the closure procedures from June or July last year,and was closed down at the end of last year.He made no secret of his concerns about the company's prospects.In fact,consulting,shipping and logistics were the three major businesses the company determined about two years a go.However,up to now,not only was the consulting company closed down,but the shipping company has not seen any improvement since its foundation,and similar incidents have occurred in succession.
