摘要
针对乙烯急冷工艺水系统因带油而发生聚合物堵塞问题,分析原因,通过新增设备、添加新型药剂、优化工艺操作等手段,最终改善了工艺水水质,消除了聚合问题带来的停车威胁,为装置长周期运行打下基础。
This paper analyzes the reasons for polymer plugging in process water system of ethylene plant, which was due to the pyrolysis gasoline carried over to the system. By installing new equipment, using new types of chemicals and optimizing process operation, the quality of process water is improved and the threat of plant shutdown is eliminated, thus laying a solid foundation for the long term operation of the plant.
