废碱氧化系统作为裂解装置重要的环保处理单元,在装置清洁生产过程中至关重要。吉林石化公司乙烯厂裂解装置经多年摸索、优化和技术改进,废碱氧化系统运行与维护水平不断提高,出口废水排放指标逐步降低,保证了装置的绿色生产和节能减排。下一步,该装置计划采用国内领先专利技术进行第二轮改造,使出口COD指标降低50%。
As an important environment protection unit in ethylene plant, spent caustic oxidation system is essential to the clean production of the unit. By years of research, optimization and technical innovation, the Ethylene Plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company has continuously improved the operation level and maintenance level of its spent caustic oxidation system and gradually reduced the effluent COD concentration, thus ensuring the clean production, energy conservation and emission reduction of the plant. Domestic advanced proprietary technology is to be applied in the second round of revamping to reduce the effluent COD concentration by 50%.
