建筑能源管理综合服务平台设计(一)

摘要 文章首先介绍了计算机网络技术在建筑节能领域的应用现状,并通过对建筑节能服务的主要工作内容及其特点的论述逐步提出应用计算机网络技术建立一套可以实现对众多建筑进行远程能源管理、节能控制和综合服务平台的设想,并提出了"云管理、云控制、云服务"的系统设计理念和面向"服务"的设计思想。这种远程集中管理和分布式本地控制的平台的建立,可最大限度地克服远程控制弊病并有效解决多建筑的远程管理的需求。该服务平台在供热系统量化管理的应用研究已成功申报了北京市科委科研课题。 This paper first describes the application status of the computer network technology in the field of building energy-saving, and based on the characteristics and job content of building energysaving services, it mainly discusses the establishment of an integrated service platform achieved for remote energy management, energy-saving control. And it presents the design concepts of a "cloud management, cloud control, cloud service" system and the design idea face to service. This remote centralized management and distributed platform for the establishment of local control may be possible to overcome the shortcomings of remote control. The application of this service platform in the quantitative management of heating system has been successfully reported Beijing Municipal Science and Technology research projects,
