基于胜任力模型完善职业生涯管理体系 被引量:3

摘要 职业生涯管理是开发员工潜能,帮助员工实现自我价值,切实提高企业人力资本有效性的关键管理工具。现行职业生涯实践中存在限制与不足,应构建胜任力模型,增强"能—职"匹配的科学性与可操作性,多角度完善职业生涯管理体系。
