摘要
教育教学能力考察是教师资格认证考试的核心。然而,教育教学能力到底包括哪些能力,目前学术界依然众说纷纭。因此,在角色论视阈下探讨教师教育教学能力的构成,进而确立教师资格认证中教育教学能力测试的内容项目,意义重大。其实,教师作为教育者、教学者、管理者、研究者,在教师资格认证中需要从以下方面做出考察:政治思想、品德品质、心理状况;基本素质(身体状况、仪表仪态、语言表达、文字板书、教育理念、工作态度);知识能力(通识知识、专业知识、教育学心理学知识、教学能力);管理能力;研究能力(发现问题的能力、研究问题的能力、书写论文的能力、外语能力)。
The assessment of pedagogical ability is a core of the examination on teacher qualification attestation; however, up to now, we are not clear about what are include in such a capability. As an educator, an instructor, an administrator, and a researcher, a teacher should he examined in following respects., political thought, moral trait, mental state, basic qualities (including body condition, appearance and manner, oral expression, blackboard writing, educational ideal, and attitude towards work), knowledge ability (including general knowledge, professional knowledge, and teaching capability), administrative ability, and research ability.
