摘要
教师的消极影响,本文特指对学生造成负面效应的教师影响,它不利于学生的健康发展,甚至把学生引向健康发展的反面。教师的消极影响主要来自偏误的认知、不良的情绪和态度、不当的言语、不当的行为。这些消极影响除了一些直接伤害学生健康之外,其余往往可能经过若干中间环节如心理暗示、情绪感染、心理惩罚、标签预言、观察学习等对学生发生负面作用。要防范教师的消极影响,就需要加强教师管理工作,实行教师问责制;另一方面也需要教师自身强化教育学意向,从源头上加以防范。
The phenomenon of the teacher's negative effect refers to a negative impact of the teacher on his students, which is not conducive to students" healthy development and even leads them to the negative.
