高职实训教学中引入企业管理模式是开展生产性实训的重要环节,可以促进学生企业化价值观的形成,培养职业意识和职业素质,有利于职业生涯的发展。通过创设仿真的实训环境、严格执行企业模式现场管理制度、创新实训质量考核机制、切实落实各项安全措施,可以有效实现实训教学的企业化管理。

Introducing enterprise style management mode to practical training at higher vocational education is an important part in productive training. It can promote the formation of students’ enterprise values, the cultivation of the students’ career awareness and professional capability. It will benefit students in developing their working life. We can achieve the effective enterprise style management in practical training by creating simulation training environment, executing strictly on-site management system of enterprise style mode, innovating assessment system of training quality, putting into effect the safety measures, and so on.
