浅谈国际型人才培养——参加欧盟Erasmus Mundus国际合作项目的一点体会

Discussion on Cultivation of International Talents——Experiences in European Erasmus Mundus International Project

随着中国经济的飞速发展,对国际型人才的需求也越来越大。因此高等教育的国际型人才培养迫在眉睫。本文以欧盟Erasmus Mundus国际合作项目计划为依托,介绍该项目的背景、目标、结构、组织及人才培养模式和参加该项目的一点体会,并以此为基础对中国高等教育国际型人才培养提出了一些建议。

It is urgent to cultivate international talents in China to meet the rapidly economic growth.This paper introduces the Erasmus Mundus Project in Europe,including its background,goals,structure,organization and the experiences of participation in this project,based on which some suggestions are given on the cultivation of international talents in China.
