摘要
列举了国外电力市场的三种典型模式，总结了它们的经验和教训，并对国外电力市场进行了初步分析，试图从中吸取有益经验，为我国开展电力市场所用。
This paper presents an investigation and studies of three different modes of existing power markets abroad, to summarize their experiences and lessons, and try to analyze which part of their experiences may be useful in developing newly introduced power markets in China.
