电梯实时远程计算机监控网络与故障诊断专家系统

Computer Remote Monitoring Network for Elevator and Fault Diagnostic Expert System

采用计算机监控网络对电梯群的运行状态进行实时远程监控，有效地提高了电梯的故障诊断分析能力、以及运行和维修效率。本文论述系统的网络结构，三种类型电梯控制系统的监控方案，监测计算机与单片机数据采集装置、ＡＤＡＭ模块、ＰＬＣ的远程多机通讯及巡回检测技术，以及故障诊断专家系统的构成和推理方法。

Monitoring and controlling the running states of elevators by computer remote network is very ef- ficient for fault diagnosis and the management of elevator. The system structure of computer network,monito ring and controlling methods for three kinds of elevator control system,and the realization of remote communication of computer with microcontroller and PLC are described. Fault diagnostic expert system of elevator and its reasoning algorithm are also discussed.
