摘要
从非线性参数的分析出发，考虑直线步进电动机的涡流和磁滞损耗等非线性因素，提出了混合式直线步进电动机的非线性模型，仿真和实测结果验证了该模型的正确性。
Considering the losses of eddy currents and hysteresis and analyzing the nonlinear parometers,a nonlinear model of hybrid linear stepping motor is introduced.Comparison between the simulator results and the experimental ones shows the validity of the model.
