摘要
在介绍了行波型超声波电机结构和基本工作原理基础上,给出了超声波电机的基本关系式和等效电路;针对其特点,提出了该类型电机驱动系统的基本要求;据此设计了一套行波型超声波电机的驱动系统;该系统除满足基本要求外,还具有结构简单、振动幅值自动跟踪、功率因数补偿等功能;经在自行设计的电机上长时间运行表明,该驱动器能满足实用的要求。
The configuration and working principle of travelling wave type ultrasonic motor(USM) is firstly introduced in this article,its basic equations and equivalent circuit is given.Fundamental requirements for the electrical driver of this type USM is showed according to its features.Based on this,a set of driving system for USM is designed.Besides its fundamental requirements,this system also has the characteristics of simple configuration,with vibrational amplitude automatically tracking,its power factor compensated.The effectiveness has been proved by means of a selfdesigned USM for longterm operation.
