轴加Ｕ型水封管在实际运行中起着疏水器的作用，在江苏东台热电厂的调试中发现由于设计院设计有误，致使满负荷时真空达不到额定值，经济性较差。经对存在的问题进行分析和试验，找到了问题的根源。考虑到现场的实际情况，采取了临时的切实可行的方法，使真空在额定负荷下达到了额定值，顺利完成了调试运行任务。

The U-type pipe of the axial seal heater plays a role as the hrdrophabe .During the debug and test of the Dongtai thermal power plant,because illoical design of the U-Type pipe the vacuum of the condenser was lower than the rating value and then resulted in bad efficiency.The paper analyzes the problem and gives an detail introduction to solution of the problem.
