摘要
由于现实复杂的原因,高校内部的冲突一直以某种方式存在着,并可能在某些情形下有所激化或扩大。对美国高校“艰难对话”活动的分析表明:高校内部的多样性是其内部冲突的内源性因素,随着内部多样性和外部压力的增加,高校内部的张力和冲突会增强;对话的方式是各种群体易于接受的解决内部冲突的方式;通过课程与教学来推动对话,则是一种对高校更为有效的策略。
The analysis based on the "Difficult Dialogues" activities in USA indicates that the conflicts on college campus originate from the pluralism on campus and the pressures of society ;dialogues are highly acceptable means to different groups and stake holders ;the constructive dialogues on contentious political, religious, racial and cultural issues are positive and active for solving the conflicts;curriculum and instruction are professional and effective strategies for dialogues on college campus.
