The Build Bridge and Spred Road for Teachers Construction of Drug Specialty

师资队伍建设是提高教育教学质量的关键因素。笔者从教研室主任和兼职督学的角度出发．就如何提高师德水平、教师的实践能力和教学技巧以及聘请企业人才作教师等方面提出一些实施办法。

The teachers construction is key factor for raise education and teacheing quality. The some method was put forward by author for raise teacher moral horiaontal, practice ability and teaching skill of the youth teachers. To engage person of ability in enterprise into teachers was put in action.
