替米沙坦对轻中度原发性高血压患者血管弹性功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究替米沙坦在改善高血压患者动脉弹性功能方面的作用,探讨在血压降至正常并平稳后继续降压治疗是否对于动脉弹性仍然存在持续的改善作用。方法84例原发性高血压患者给予替米沙坦80mg.d-1,在服药前和服药1,6个月后应用科林波形分析仪PWV/ABI型仪器测量患者的臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)。结果76例患者完成研究。患者降压治疗后收缩压、舒张压、脉压差较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);心率则未见明显变化(P>0.05)。降压治疗1及6个月后baPWV测量值均较降压治疗前测量值降低(P<0.01)。降压治疗6个月后baPWV变化值与降压治疗1个月比较有进一步的下降(P<0.01)。结论应用替米沙坦降压具有改善高血压患者动脉弹性功能的作用。血压降至正常并平稳后继续应用替米沙坦降压治疗对于动脉弹性仍然存在持续的改善作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of telmisartan on improving the artery flexibility in patients with hypertension and study whether consistently controlling of blood pressure will improve the flexibility of artery.Methods 84 patients with primary hypertension were treated with telmisartan 80 mg·d^-1.The baPWV was measured before,one-month and six-month after the treatment by PWV/ABI type instrument,respectively.Results SBP,DBP and PP were significantly decreased(P〈0.01).There were no significant changes in HR(P〉0.05).BaPWV was significantly decreased one-month or six-month after the treatment,compared with that before the treatment(P〈0.01).The change of baPWV was obviously greater in six months than in one month after treatment(P〈0.01).Conclusion Telmisartan has the effect of improving the flexibility of artery in anti-hypertensive therapy,which could be continuous after the blood pressure decreased to normal.
