摘要
目的优选乌梅透骨口服液的制备工艺。方法以处方中川续断皂苷VI含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交设计法,分别考察水提和醇沉影响因素并确定最佳制备工艺。结果该口服液的最佳制备工艺为加入8倍量水,煎煮1.5h,提取3次,水提液相对密度为1.12,醇沉浓度为65%,冷藏(4℃)静置2d。结论优选出的制备工艺合理可行。
Objective To optimize the preparation technics of wumeitougu oral liquid(WTOL).Methods The preparation technics of WTOL was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test with asperosaponin VI content as index,and the influencing factors of aqueous extracting and depositing in alcohol were investigated,respectively.Results The best preparation technic was as follows:adding 8 times of water,decocting for 3 times,1.5 h for each time,with the relative density of water extracts at 1.12,concentration of depositing in alcohol at 65%,and keeping still at 4 ℃ for 2 days.Conclusion The optimized preparation technic was suitable and feasible.
