喹硫平对男性精神分裂症患者性功能影响的研究

Study on influence of sexual function of quetiapine on male patients with schizophrenia

目的研究喹硫平对男性精神分裂症患者性功能的影响。方法检验河北医科大学第一医院住院的服用喹硫平的男性精神分裂症患者治疗前后睾酮水平,并测评其出院后男性性满意度指数问卷评分,观察治疗后2个因子的变化情况。结果患者治疗前后睾酮水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),性满意度指数在正常范围。结论喹硫平治疗对男性精神分裂症患者性功能无明显变化。

Objective It is to investigate the influence of sexual function of quetiapine in male patients with schizophrenia. Methods The level of testosterone in male patients with schizophrenia treated in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical Universi- ty were detected before and after treatment with quetiapine, and the male sexual satisfaction index questionnaire were tested in post-discharge, the changes of the two factors were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of testosterone before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the male sexual satisfaction Was within the normal range. Conclusion The sexual function has been no extremely changed before and after the treatment of quetiapine.
