微钛钉种植体矫治露龈笑临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微钛钉种植体支抗压低上前牙改善露龈笑临床疗效。方法选择9例深覆露龈笑病例,男1例,女8例,均采用直丝弓矫治技术。位于侧切牙与中切牙牙根之间的颌骨内种植直径1.5 mm、长9 mm微钛钉,在方丝12,22远中置游离拉钩,向微螺钉种植体做弹性牵引,每侧100 g力,持续牵引5个月。分析治疗前后微笑露龈长度及临床牙冠的长度。结果微笑露龈长度、临床牙冠的长度、上前牙临床牙冠的长度明显变短。结论微钛钉种植体支抗是压低上前牙改善露龈笑的有效方法。
