摘要
目的:研究青龙衣抗肿瘤活性部位的化学成分。方法:本实验利用硅胶柱色谱和大孔吸附树脂分离化合物,并利用1D-NMR及2D-NMR光谱数据确定了化合物的结构。结果:从青龙衣的以上活性部位中得到6个化合物,并确定其为galeon[3,′4-″epoxy-1-(4-′hydroxyphenyl)-7-(3″-me-thoxylphenyl)-heptane-3-one],3,′4″-epoxy-1-(4-′hydroxyphenyl)-7-(3-″methoxylphenyl)-heptane-2-hydroxy-3-one,东莨菪内酯(scopoletin),没食子酸(gallic acid),香草酸(vanillic acid),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)。结论:3,′4″-epoxy-1-(4-′hydroxyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxylphenyl)-hep-tane-3-one及3,′4″-epoxy-1-(4-′hydroxyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxylphenyl)-heptane-2-hy-droxy-3-one属于二芳基庚烷类化合物是该植物抗肿瘤的主要活性成分,为首次从该植物中分离得到。此外,东莨菪内酯和胡萝卜苷为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the anticancer natural products from the pericarps of Juglans regia Max.. Methods : It showed that pericarps of Juglans Mandshurica Max. had a good performance in treating cancer and low toxicity from CHCl3 and EtOAc portions by a lot of pharmacological experiments and modem clinical applications in the past. Compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel columns and AB -8 macro adsorptive resin,On the basis of spectral evidences including 1D- NMR and 2D- NMR, these compounds were identified as galeon [ 3′,4" - epoxy - 1 - ( 4′ - hydroxyphenyl) - 7 - ( 3" - methoxylphenyl ) - heptane - 3 - one ], 3′, 4" - epoxy - 1 - (4′ - hydroxyphenyl) - 7 - ( 3" - methoxylphenyl) - heptane - 2 - hydroxy - 3 - one, scopoletin, gallic acid, vanillic acid, daucosterol. Conclusion : 3′, 4" - epoxy - 1 - (4′ - hydroxyphenyl ) - 7 - (3" - methoxylphenyl) - heptane - 3 - one )及 3′, 4" - epoxy - 1 - (4′ - hydroxyphenyl) - 7 - ( 3" - methoxylphenyl) - heptane - 2 - hydroxy - 3 - one which were main active compounds to anti tumor was due to diarylheptanoids, first isolated from the pericarps of Juglans regia Max. Furthermore,Scopoletin and daucosterol were isolated from Juglans L. family for the first time.
