摘要
以哈尔滨市某拟改造的大型道路交叉口为例,利用VISSIM软件模拟出了各方案运行后的未来交通状态,并在此基础上进行国民经济评价,基于仿真数据和评价结果对比分析了诸方案的净现值和效费比。结果表明,其中的立交方案具有较高的国民经济效益,是经济上值得推荐的交通疏解方案。
With a major intersection in Harbin City as an example, the future traffic status of each program is simulated using VISSIM software, based on which national economy evaluation is made. The ENPV and the BRC of the programs are compared and analyzed on the basis of the simulation result and economic evaluation and the comparison and selection result indicates that the underpass program has higher sustainable economic benefits and is worth recommending.
